Stencil Botanica is my exploration of Australian native and other iconic botanicals - built to bring structure, clarity and presence into a space.

Designed to Solve the Wall

Most walls I see are either overfilled or just don’t feel resolved.  This collection came from wanting to fix that.

Each piece is designed to act as a clear focal point - something that holds the space without needing to over-style everything around it.

The Work

I’m drawn to the natural structure of Waratah, Banksia and Protea.  They’re not soft, decorative flowers - they’ve got strength and form.  That’s what this work focuses on.

Some pieces sit in a softer, tonal space.  Others are more bold and directional.

All of them are built to hold their position within a room.

The Process

Everything starts with a structured, multi-layer stencil approach.  I don’t apply colour in a single pass - it’s built, layer by layer, whether it's for my digital work or hand made and sprayed originals.  It's the same process.

That’s what gives the work its depth, control and clarity.
